Meet Jake

DESCRIPTION: Jake has lived in a couple of different homes in his short lifetime. He has had many people that have cared deeply about him; however, due to unfortunate circumstances, they could not keep him in their family. Recognizing that Jake deserved every opportunity to meet with success, his family reached out to MAGSR to see if we could welcome him to the family. Although we know this was a difficult decision, they knew that MAGSR would find Jake a loving forever family that would help him meet with success.  Jake is a big, handsome guy. It is clear that he has been well socialized and enjoys the company of people and other animals. As a young, working-line shepherd, Jake has boundless energy. He loves to run, play, and learn every day. A very intelligent guy, it is critical that Jake's forever family takes the time to exercise both his body and his mind on a daily basis. This will help Jake maintain a calm and confident personality. With a few commands already under his belt, Jake is ready to move forward with training. Training will not only help him create a strong and healthy ond with his forever family, but it will also help him exercise his mind on a daily basis. With food motivation and a desire to work, we know Jake will be top of the class. As a lucky guy, Jake has had the great fortune to have lived in a home. As a result, he knows many of the ins and outs of living inside. He is housebroken and crate trained. Typical of many dogs, Jake does best in a crate when he is alone so that he is safe and calm. Jake, like any new dog, will need time to adjust to his forever family. With structure, routine, and leadership, we know he will thrive. Adoption Process
We perform reference checks and conduct a home visit. For the home visit, all members of the family must be present. Adoption fee is $250.00 (verify at www.magsr.org)
