Adopt A Homeless Animal Rescue

Adopt a Homeless Animal Rescue (AAHA) is a nonprofit dedicated to rescuing and assisting animals in crisis. We actively combat animal cruelty in any form. We have a particular commitment to pit bulls and aim to raise awareness about the breed, help those in need, and educate the public:•We seek to promote this lovely yet unfairly maligned breed as the sweet, intelligent, affectionate, and people-oriented dogs they are.•We assume stewardship over their well-being and strive to make this world a better place for them.•We serve as a resource and/or liaison for shelters, individuals, and the community at large, advocating for any animal in harm's way.•We also function in an advisory role for private citizens who seek assistance and guidance in better caring for their pets.We are a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

She has been my lifeline during these uncertain times, and now I'm hoping you can be the hero who saves me. You see, my life took a sudden turn when my beloved human passed away unexpectedly, leaving behind his family and me. My sister-in-law, who is allergic to dogs, has struggled to care for me properly. The lack of socialization and attention has led to accidents in the house, but please believe me, I want nothing more than to be a good girl. Lori discovered my plight just in time to save me from a shelter that may not have given me a chance. She knows I'm a good dog—I'm crate trained, I know sit, paw, and I'll patiently wait for treats until you say it's okay. Sometimes I get scared, especially around new people, but Lori and her trainer friend believe in me. They see the potential in this 3-year-old heart of mine. Lori already cares for multiple rescues and a sweet Pekingese, and as much as she wishes she could keep me, her hands are full. But she's doing everything she can to find me a home where I'll be loved and cherished, just like I was with my previous family. I long for a family to call my own, someone who understands that a little patience and love can help me blossom into the best companion you could imagine. I promise to be loyal, loving, and grateful every day. If you have room in your heart and home for a sweet pittie like me, please reach out to Lori. She's waiting to hear from someone like you who can give me the second chance I deserve. Thank you for considering opening your heart to me. I'll be forever grateful. With hope and wagging tail, Bella" Contact Lori at 443-367-1697 or [email protected]
