MARSHALL NEEDS A FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME!!!! Name: Marshall Best Guess for Breed: Shepherd mix Best Guess for Age: 10 months as of December 2023 SEX: Male Approximate Weight: 45 lbs as of 12/11/23; he likely has a bit more to grow Gets Along With: Other dogs! We haven't seen him with cats but he can be tested. Because he is shy, he is not recommended for a home with children under the age of 12. Currently Living at: South Carolina shelter; needs a foster or forever home in the DC area to get his freedom ride up here Special adoption considerations: Because Marshall is shy, he needs to go to a home with a confident, welcoming resident dog. Due to his shy personality, we do not recommend him for a home with children under the age of 12. Marshall is Looking For: His forever home! This sweet young boy would love to trot through the world with confidence, enjoying all the adventures his new humans can dream up! To get there, he needs extra patient and loving adopters who understand he has not gotten enough experience in new places yet, and a welcoming resident dog who can show him how to dog. Obedience school will help build his braves as well. Marshall most of all wants to know he is safe and loved and under his own roof for all his days. He has so much love and loyal companionship to offer in exchange. What do you say? Does this sweet shy boy get his fresh start with you? What My Foster Says About Me: We will update this once he has arrived in the DC area and spent some time with his foster Lucky Dog cannot guarantee any dog is housebroken.
