Meet handsome gentleman Smoky, a 9 year old Dutch Shepherd. Smoky came to the shelter in rough shape, covered in fleas that left him with patchy, dry skin. With plenty of love and care, heâs on the mend, but heâll need time and attention to fully bounce back. Smoky has some arthritis in his back legs, which means heâs not as active as he once was, but heâll be more than happy to curl up on the couch with someone who loves him. Smoky would make a wonderful, loyal companion for anyone who wants a gentle soul to share their days with.Smoky is neutered and weighs 73 pounds.If you are interested in meeting Smoky, please visit the shelter during our open hours; Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri 10a-12:30p & 2p-4p, Thurs 10a-12:30p & 2p-6:30p, and Saturday 9a-1p. Adoption application can be filled out and approved during your meet-and-greet. If you have another dog in the home, plan to bring them for a meet before you complete the adoption!
