Meet Covington

Covington is available for adoption. He is 3 years old and weighs 5 lbs. His adoption fee is $950.00. Please join me in wishing Covington a very Happy 3rd Birthday!!! This most adorable pup celebrated his special day by waking up at 7 AM (he always starts his morning with his yoga stretches of "down dog" and "cobra"), devoured his breakfast with added blueberries (he has the best appetite), enjoyed our routine one-mile power walk around the neighborhood (he appreciates wearing his sweater on these chilly mornings), took a nap on my lap while I was on the computer (he is a great lap warmer), played a few rounds of tug-of-war (his favorite game), got pampered with some spa time (he is great with getting bathed, brushed, and blow dried), went to the pet boutique to pick out his birthday treats (he rides well in the car), came home and played more rounds of tug-of-war (he never tires of this game), was an excellent model during the birthday themed photoshoot (he was such a good sport keeping the birthday hat on for the few seconds!), thoroughly enjoyed his birthday cookies which I broke off bits from each so that he could taste each cookie (cookie flavors were peanut butter, pumpkin, and carob), enjoyed more tug-of-war (his passion!), heartily ate all his dinner with added green beans (he always licks his bowl clean), enjoyed our evening one-mile power walk (we have to watch our figures especially after those birthday treats!), and ended the evening snuggled in for a restful night's sleep (he always gives a couple goodnight kisses before retiring for the night. So sweet!). It was a perfect and excellent day! Covington is an absolute joy to foster. He will bring an active person/family immense joy! Covington is staying with Janet in Oakton, VA.

Adoption Process
We ask for a $25 processing fee. We require people to have a vet history, dog experience, and time to work with a dog.
