TIMOTHY NEEDS A FOREVER HOME!!!!   Come meet Timothy and other great adoptable dogs this Sunday (Sept. 22nd) from 12-3 pm at the Petsmart in Silver Spring (12020 Cherry Hill Road, Silver Spring, MD 20904)!     Name: Timothy           Best Guess for Breed: Lab/Shepherd Mix     Best Guess for Age: 5 months as of July 2024           SEX: Male   Estimated Weight (puppies' weights change quickly!):  38lbs as of 7/14   Gets Along With:  Other dogs! We have not seen Timothy with cats. He is friendly with children he meets but he has not lived with children.    Currently Living at:  DC area foster home. Timothy is Looking For:  Hiya! I'm Timothy! Me and my littermates, Tomato, Tiffany, and Tiger, have loved our time in the puppy pile, but we are each ready to pack our bags and find our very own forever home! I'm looking for a home that will let me play with toys and get my puppy zoomies out and give me snuggles in between playtimes. When I'm a little older, I can't wait to explore my new neighborhood on lots of walks, and I'd really like to make a bunch of doggie friends along the way. Oh, and I should probably take a puppy obedience class or two so I can show you how smart I am. What do you say? Do you have room in your heart for me? What My Foster Says About Me: Timothy is an adorable 7-month-old puppy who is incredibly smart and eager to learn. His affectionate nature and gentle demeanor make him great with children and other dogs (cats not tested). He is very playful and enjoys walks, running in the backyard, or relaxing in his crate or expen. He loves observing daily activities while hanging out with us in the house and is quick to fall asleep when things quiet down. Timothy is fully housebroken and adores car rides. Adoption Process
1. Complete Adoption Application 2. Phone interview, vet check and home visit. 3. Contract signed (requirements include keeping a pet ID on dog at all times, keeping the dog as a pet, spaying/neutering puppies by 6 monts of age, returning the pet to Lucky Dog in the adopter cannot take care of it at any point in the future, and providing adequate vet care for the rest of the dog's life.
