Mutt Love Rescue

We are dedicated to rescuing dogs left homeless for whatever reason – dogs in public shelters where they are at high risk of euthanasia due to pet overpopulation, dogs given up by their owners because of difficult circumstances, and those in danger of abuse or neglect.We place dogs in loving, responsible, committed permanent homes, following a comprehensive adoption process which includes taking considerable care in finding good matches and educating prospective adopters about the responsibilities and costs of bringing a dog into their homes and lives.We work with local and rural shelters and other rescue and humane organizations to develop a network of supporters and volunteers in order to create a better world for homeless pets.

Meet Graham *Foster or Adopt*

Hi there! My name is Graham, and I’m a 10-year-old Yorkie mix looking for my fur-ever home.  My name before was Zeus and I was returned to Mutt Love through no fault of my own. I’m a loyal little guy who thrives on love, routine, and a calm environment. I’m hoping to find someone who has plenty of time and patience for a pup like me—ideally someone who works from home or has a flexible schedule. I get a little anxious with loud noises and lots of changes, so a quiet, stable home would make me feel safest. I’m crate trained, and I enjoy nice, easy walks throughout the day. I walk well on a leash and collar, and I’m happy just being by your side. If you’re looking for a sweet, gentle companion who will love you with all his heart, I might just be your perfect match!  Please, no young children.

Adoption Process
Potential adopters complete an application, are interviewed, vet references are checked, home visit, adoption contract. Adoption fee is $285 for a spayed/neutered, fully vetted and microchipped dog.
