Meet Jolene

In her very short life, little Jolene has never found anyone to love her. Jolene is a super shy girl who will need someone to teach her that the world is not scary. With you by her side, she will start feeling safe. We know there is a brave little girl inside there. She just needs to trust someone and to feel safe with them. Imagine being her chosen one and watching her face the world with interest and, soon, joy! What a gift that both of you will share together. She has not even had her first birthday yet, at only 8 months old. You will be her first love and will be her special person all her life, and she should have that whole life in front of her right now. She is just waiting for you. We have helped her to find her person or family by making sure she is all ready to go, complete with a full vet visit and all her shots. As she has very short hair and a smaller body frame, you might want to go on a bit of a shopping trip for a cozy sweater. Jo is going to get chilly on those winter wonderland walks you are going to enjoy together. Maybe a matching collar and leash? Sounding better and better!Update from her foster:  Jolene has excellent recall and is horse and chicken safe. She is super friendly with her people.  She does have stranger danger but warms up with proper introductions. She plays well with other dogs.  If you are interested in Jolene, please fill out an application at: https://reachoutrescue.rescuegroups.org/forms/form?formid=4588    Or contact: [email protected]   *** Click here to sponsor this dog! ***
