Meet Baldur

Hey there, I am Baldur, a 35 pound, 8 month old beagle mix, who just arrived in PA. I had a momma down south who could not keep me due to her living situation so my sister and I came here. Here is a bit about me: I am house trained and ask to go outside. I am reluctant to go in my crate. I usually cry for a few minutes but then settle down. I really like to chew and would like a home that has a ton of heavy duty chew toys for me. I am a beagle mix with the perfect bark but long legs that I need to grow into. I like dogs of all sizes. I like my toddler sister and have let her sit by my bowl when eating but sometimes her movements and loudness scare me and I jump into my dads lap for reassurance. My momma works from home most of the week and I lay behind her chewing toys during her work day. I get bursts of playful energy right after waking up or after my moms long work day but settle I come when my momma says come and respond to the word no. I am up to date on vaccines/preventatives and neutered. Will you meet me in York Pa?   We are PA Caring for K-9's, an all-breed dog rescue that is solely run by volunteers. Most of our dogs are rescued from high kill shelters in the South. If the dog is posted, they are still available! Once arriving, these dogs enter foster homes, as we do not have a shelter. We cannot adopt out dogs to a home with dogs that are not fixed or up to date on shots. If interested in adopting, please submit an application online at www.pack9rescue.org. Our adoption fee for altered dogs is $350 and goes directly to saving the lives of more dogs.  Our adoption fee for unaltered puppies will be $400 which includes a refundable $50 deposit upon receipt of spay/neuter certificate. All are invited to meet our dogs, but only pre-approved adopters with all household humans and dogs present will be able to adopt at the event. Adoption Process
$350 for all pups that are spayed and neutered. We don't believe in juvenile altering so the adoption fee for any pup under four months is $400. One the adopted family had altered the pup they send in the certificate and are credited $50. Contract applies as well sat rental check, vet check and three non family references.
