Adopt A Homeless Animal Rescue

Adopt a Homeless Animal Rescue (AAHA) is a nonprofit dedicated to rescuing and assisting animals in crisis. We actively combat animal cruelty in any form. We have a particular commitment to pit bulls and aim to raise awareness about the breed, help those in need, and educate the public:•We seek to promote this lovely yet unfairly maligned breed as the sweet, intelligent, affectionate, and people-oriented dogs they are.•We assume stewardship over their well-being and strive to make this world a better place for them.•We serve as a resource and/or liaison for shelters, individuals, and the community at large, advocating for any animal in harm's way.•We also function in an advisory role for private citizens who seek assistance and guidance in better caring for their pets.We are a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

Meet Honey

Hello everyone, I'm reaching out on behalf of Honey, a beautiful 1-year-and-6-month-old Pitbull mix, looking for a loving forever home. Her journey hasn't been easy, but she's a resilient, loving soul that deserves a second chance at happiness. About Honey: Age: 1 year and 6 months Weight: 54 lb Up-to-date shots and vaccinations Spayed Microchipped House/Potty trained Crate-trained Honey is a social butterfly who gets excited to meet new people and play with other dogs. She's great with kids and knows how to adapt her play style, whether it's gentle or a bit more energetic. While her compatibility with cats is unknown, she has had positive interactions with both smaller and larger dogs. Despite her warm and playful nature, Honey finds herself in need of a new home due to unforeseen circumstances in her current household. Her guardian, Jasmaine, has tirelessly tried to find her a loving family, reaching out to friends and posting on adoption websites without success. Jasmaine's ultimate goal is to prevent Honey from returning to the shelter, where her chances might be compromised. How You Can Help: If you or anyone you know is interested in providing a forever home for Honey, please contact Jasmaine at 443-487-1270 or [email protected]. Share this post on social media to increase Honey's chances of finding the perfect match. If you have connections with local rescue organizations, please reach out to see if they can assist in rehoming Honey. Let's come together as a community to ensure that Honey finds the love and stability she deserves. Thank you for your compassion and sup
