He is timid when meeting new people.  Dodge sat in a large overcrowded shelter in SC for a long time.  He deserves a quiet peaceful home with a patient person.  He trusts with just a little time when he feels safe.  This sweet guy will bond with a his person and be your best friend if he is given time to feel safe.  He is looking for his forever retirement home in NH.
