Meet Diamond – A Senior Sweetheart with Husky Grace Diamond is a 10-year-old female Husky with a gentle soul and a lifetime of love to offer. Weighing around 65 pounds, she’s up-to-date on vaccines and heartworm negative. She is not yet spayed, but we’re consulting with our vet to determine the safest path forward for her as an older dog. Diamond has only been with us a short time, but she’s already showing signs of being great with other dogs—especially her brother Costa. While we’re still learning her full personality, it’s clear she’s a calm and kind companion. With summer temperatures rising fast, it’s urgent that Diamond and her brother find loving homes—Huskies just aren’t built for Louisiana heat, especially in an indoor/outdoor facility. Adoption Process
Adopters must submit application to be approved to adopt. Adoption fees are $60 for cats and $80 for dogs. All animals are spayed/neutered before adoption or voucher is given at adoption to have the animal altered.
