Meet Joey! At just 10 months old, Joey is already stealing hearts with his oversized ears, extra-long tail, and playful personality. While he might look like a kangaroo with those features, we think he’s more likely a Carolina Dog or Whippet mix — but whatever he is, he’s 100% adorable! Joey is up-to-date on all his vaccines, heartworm negative, and just needs to be neutered. He weighs around 40 pounds now and may fill out a little more, but should top out around 50 pounds. He loves to run and play in a yard, and while he’s doing fairly well on leash walks, he’s still a puppy and could use a little more practice. One of Joey’s favorite things in the world is to flop down in your lap for belly rubs. He’s a sweet, affectionate boy who’s ready to find his forever home. Adoption Process
Adopters must submit application to be approved to adopt. Adoption fees are $60 for cats and $80 for dogs. All animals are spayed/neutered before adoption or voucher is given at adoption to have the animal altered.
