PawPrints Animal Rescue was founded in 2015 in the Northern Kentucky area by a group of five dedicated people with a passion for animals. Our goal is to save as many lives as we can by saving all breeds of dog and cats that are at risk of euthanasia in area shelters. With the help of an amazing group of volunteers, all animals are fostered in loving homes until they are adopted. We are an all volunteer organization and rely on donations from the public to cover medical expenses and necessary supplies.

Name:  Teddy Age: 1 year Weight: 13 lbs Adoption Fee: $350.00 Good with Dogs?  Yes  Good with cats?  He tolerates cats but doesn’t like them to be in his face   If super snuggly, being showered with kisses and having a constant shadow is your thing, Teddy is ready to be all that and more for you!  He may run between your feet on occasion, but it’s just to show you how much he adores you.    Teddy is crate trained but doesn’t view it as a den or safe space, it’s just a place to go when someone has to leave the house.     Do you like road trips, or even drives around town?  Teddy would love to join you  He’s great in the car and likes to nap while being chauffeured around town     Please be realistic about your living situation before submitting an application. Teddy is a great dog but he’s still young so needs a way to burn off his young dog energy and he very occasionally chews something he shouldn’t. With his size, he can realistically live for 14 more years and we want to place him in a forever home, not an “until” home.    He’s neutered, vaccinated, heartworm tested  and micro chipped.    Don’t miss out on a wonderful new companion and get  your applications in now.    Adoption Process: Step 1:     Complete a "no obligation" application located on our website at pawprintsnky.com under the applications tab. Step 2:     PawPrints will review the application, verifying Vet and personal references as well as landlord requirements/restrictions (if applicable) Step 3:     IF your application is approved, we will call you to schedule a meet and greet for you to meet the pet. ​Step 4:    If the meet and greet goes well, we will schedule the home visit.          

Adoption Process
Approved Application, Home Visit, Adoption Contract, Typical fees are: $300 Puppies, $250 Adult dogs, $150 pair of kittens and $75 Adult cats Adopters must be a minimum of 24 years of age.
