Grainger County Humane Society

The Grainger County Humane Society receives NO funding from our local government or other outside sources. The humane society exists on donations from private individuals and businesses, and volunteer effort. We DO NOT have an animal shelter or an Animal Control Officer at this time. All work is done by volunteers. A Spay/Neuter Clinic is our immediate goal. A Shelter/Adoption Facility and an Animal Control officer are part of our long term goals.

Husky- Shepherd Mix He is just a snuggle bug, he would do amazing with kids of all ages and amazing with other dogs. He just wants to be in your lap 24/7. The husky shines bright in him as he’s vocal. He is an all around sweetheart. He will need an owner with a little patience to help him get situated in his new home. He is crate trained and doing well with his potty training. He also has the very thick husky fur so he would require grooming and maintenance. Adoption Process
Adopters must fill out an Adoption Contract, animals are spayed/neutered and current on applicable vaccinations. Adoption fee is $100.00
