It Takes A Village Rescue, Inc. is a non-kill 501(c)(3) rescue dedicated to doing what it takes to find loving homes for stray, abandoned, and surrendered animals, and to keep these animals safe and free from further suffering. Our mission is "To work as one in helping homeless animals irrespective of breed, location or circumstance." By working with committed volunteers, foster homes, veterinarians and partner rescues or shelters, we are able to rescue countless animals every year and provide them with loving temporary care as we work to find them well-matched forever homes. Although we do not discriminate based on breed, size or color, we have a particular interest in bully breeds, special medical needs, senior dogs, black dogs and other hard-to-place animals.

Meet Archie! Archie is a lovable brown and white Bull Terrier mix with a playful spirit and a heart full of sweetness! He loves playing with his ball toys and can easily entertain himself, but he’s just as happy engaging in playtime with you.This gentle boy takes treats with the softest touch and has a naturally sweet and affectionate disposition. Whether he's playing, cuddling, or showing off his good manners, Archie is sure to steal your heart.He’s looking for a home where he can continue to shine and share his love. Archie would do best in a home without cats or small dogs. He is however open to meeting like sized or larger dogs with an onsite meet and greet. Could Archie be your perfect companion? If you can offer a home, please complete a foster application at ITVrescue.org.All of our dogs are examined by a veterinarian, given age-appropriate vaccinations, dewormed, microchipped, spayed or neutered, heartworm tested and treated, if necessary.
