Grainger County Humane Society

The Grainger County Humane Society receives NO funding from our local government or other outside sources. The humane society exists on donations from private individuals and businesses, and volunteer effort. We DO NOT have an animal shelter or an Animal Control Officer at this time. All work is done by volunteers. A Spay/Neuter Clinic is our immediate goal. A Shelter/Adoption Facility and an Animal Control officer are part of our long term goals.

Meet Maple

Maple (white and brown speckles)- She is an absolute sweetheart. She is such a gentle pup. She is very trusting with people and animals and knows no stranger. She will require a little bit of patience to train as she is more on the stubborn side as she is more easily distracted. She does great with kids, cats, and dogs. DOB 06.02.23  Start the process by filling out an application(no cost) https://graingercountyhumanesociety.org/available-dogs  $125 adoption fee fully vetted

Adoption Process
Adopters must fill out an Adoption Contract, animals are spayed/neutered and current on applicable vaccinations. Adoption fee is $100.00
