Meet Jones

Meet Jones! Jones is estimated to be around 2 years old. He is a hound mix and very much hound like! He will need a panel fence and supervision, as he is a typical hound and will dig. He is in a foster and working on house training and he gets a long well with the Foster's dogs, but we still encourage slow introductions. Jones needs a home with older children because he is young, big and clumsy himself, so not a good fit for a small child. NO CATS!  Jones will need a hound experienced home and one that will do some training with him to learn basic manners.  If you would like to make Jones a part of your family, fill put an application At www.barktownrescue.org.  JONES' ADOPTION FEE IS $170    

Adoption Process
First, we do ask that an application be filled out on the animal the person is interested in. Once approved, we can set up to meet the animal, which will already be vetted (spayed or neutered, vaccinated, heart worm tested, etc.). The fee for adoption starts at $125. There is a contract that also needs signed at the time of adoption.
