Saving Death Row Dogs

SDRD is a state licensed 501(c)3 non-profit no kill dog rescue and group foster home located in Topeka, KS. It is our goal to network with other local rescues and shelters to save dogs that are at risk for being euthanized due to lack of space. We are committed to educating the public on responsible pet ownership, the importance of spaying and neutering, along with the dangers of purchasing a dog from a pet store or puppy mill.

Hi I’m Chris! I’m a pretty chill boy! I enjoy long naps and big cuddles. I enjoy playing with the other dogs in the home and I like meeting new dogs and new people when we go out. I’m a friendly boy and each new person is a new opportunity for a lap! My momma was about 45lbs and I’m on track to be around her size maybe just a little bigger. Adoption Process
Complete adoption application, all pets in home must be spayed/neutered and current on shots, do a home check and vet check, sign an adoption agreement, agree that dog is returned in unable to keep, adoption fee is $200.
