Meet Raleigh

RALEIGH HAS NOT BEEN SPAYED YET.  SHE WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION OUTSIDE A 30 MINUTE RADIUS OF DES MOINES UNTIL AFTER HER SPAY IN EARLY JUNE. My name is Raleigh. I am an approximate 12 week old, female, 13 lb. Pitbull mix.  I was rescued by amazing people in Oklahoma, and came to Iowa with my 2 sisters to follow my dreams of finding my perfect, furever family. Just so you know, my foster family thinks I'm a bit of a diva. I am playful, confident, adventurous and want to be the center of everyone's attention. But I also love to snuggle with my people and am a huge kisser!  I have learned the kennel isn't that bad, and I sleep in it all night, and when my foster family is away. I love to play outside, and am a speedy runner when I get the zoomies. But I mostly want to follow my people around wherever they go. The grass feels great on my paws and I can't help but roll around in it. A fenced yard would be a dream, but not a necessity. I also think I'm getting the hang of this potty training thing.  I keep my kennel pretty clean, but need to go out regularly to do my business outside. I want to grow big and strong, and find a special family to love me. I love to play with my foster fur siblings, but I also wouldn't mind being the only fur baby so I can get all the attention. I am a pretty happy girl as long as I'm loved. I was told my color is beautiful and unique, but that also fits me to a tee! Would you be the person I've been dreaming of? Raleigh needs a yard and preferably another compatible dog living in the home. Due to her breed mix we are looking for an experienced owner that can make training and socialization a priority for Raleigh as she grows into an adult dog.  Siblings: Ynona (F) Raleigh (F) & Juneau (F) If you are interested in meeting Raleigh, please complete an online application at https://hopeanimalrescueofiowa.duplie.com/forms/196/dog-application Adoption fee is $300.00 which includes spay/neuter, microchip, and age-appropriate vaccines/cares
