Meet Kate

Kate is a darling cavalier who came to SFCR as a breeder release. Kate is very, very sweet and loves to be loved. She loves to be with her foster mom and follows her everywhere. She is also figuring out that toys are pretty fun too. Kate is crate trained and working on her housetraining. She is learning all about life in a home setting - learning about stairs, household noises, comfy couches & dog beds, and lots of pets.  Kate does not show any evidence of mitral valve disease at this time.  ADOPTION REQUIREMENTS: Physically fenced in yard - no invisible fences. Confident resident dog preferred. Kate loves the other dogs in her foster home and they give her so much confidence.  Kate has been spayed and also had a dental cleaning with extractions. She tested negative for heartworm & tick-borne disease, is current on vaccinations & monthly flea/tick/heartworm preventatives, and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $500 plus tax.

Adoption Process
Our adoption process includes a thorough adoption application, home visit, and reference/veterinarian check.
