Meet Nova Scotia

We are an all-volunteer/foster home-based rescue. Fill out the form by clicking on the picture of the computer screen with our logo on it.   Nova, spay female English Mastiff, 3 yrs old on May 1st, weighs 104 pounds. She is super sweet. She loves other dogs and is great with kids and other people. The guy I got her from had cats and he said they got along but idk for sure. She is fixed and vaccinations are up to date but due at the end of this month. She is very well behaved never had any accidents in the house and never destroyed or gotten into anything.  Nova Scotia is 3 yrs young, she weighs about 104 pounds, her adoption fee is $350 plus sales tax $15.75 = $365.75 My adoption fee helps cover all of my vetting needs such as HW test, rabies, DHPPL, Bordetella, spay, dental  and microchipping.

Adoption Process
Usually we are contacted by a SD shelter about a dachshund that is not doing well (nipping etc.) and that they are going to be put down. We take them in get them vetted and then place them up for adoption after they have been evaluated. We also take calls from folks who have called their local shelter about there dachshund that may have started nipping at small children etc and are told the dog would be put down. We also take calls from other rescues about breeder dogs.
