$650Newt is a sweet Golden Retriever pup in search of a forever family of his very own. Newt arrived to rescue very shut down and under-socialized but is learning all about what a dog's life should be in his foster home. Newt is doing well with his housetraining and is crate trained. He loves to snuggle on the couch with his foster mom, playing with the resident dog, and hoarding all of the toys. He is learning to fetch and loves treats. ADOPTION REQUIREMENTS: Local adoption required to fulfill neuter contract - Newt is scheduled to be neutered on 12/6/23. Physically fenced in yard. Family with the time and patience required to properly train & socialize a puppy. Resident dog preferred and strongly recommended. Newt is current on vaccinations & monthly preventatives, dewormed, and microchipped. His adoption fee is $650 plus tax, which includes his neuter surgery paid for by SFCR.
