Meet Goose

Goose is a handsome Blue Heeler, estimated to be around 4 years old. He came into our care after his owner's living situation changed, but this lovable boy is ready to find a new family to shower him with attention. True to his breed, Goose has all of the smarts and energy you'd expect from a herding dog. Goose is a boy who loves to be the center of attention and would thrive as the only-dog in the home, where he can get all the love and affection he deserves without having to compete for it. Due to his natural herding instincts, he can have some nipping tendencies when he gets excited, so he would do best in a home without young children. He is looking for a family who is familiar with the natural tendencies of the Blue Heeler breed and can provide him with the guidance and enrichment he needs to be his best self. **Goose has been brought up-to-date on his vaccinations and heartworm bloodwork testing, but is awaiting his neuter surgery. This will take place within the next couple of weeks, so we are estimating him to be ready for adoption around 10/1/25.   This lovable companion is eager to find his perfect match - a family that understands his unique personality and will give him a life full of love and adventure. If you have experience with herding breeds and are looking for a loyal, single-pet companion, please complete an adoption application for Goose! This application can be found on our website at www.wesavepets.com.

Adoption Process
Adopters must fill out an application and be approved. Appointment is made to meet/pick up the pet. Adoption fee is returned if the adopter notifies us the adoption in not working and returns the pet within two weeks.
