Meet Bo

Hello, my name is Bo, but you can call me Mr. Wonderful or something else but don't call me late for dinner. Are you ready to meet me? I'm a wonderful dog that likes going outside and for walks. I need a fenced in yard because I like to chase things like the bunny that is usually in my neighbor's yard. I'm not a big fan of strangers, so someone that is patient and dog savvy would be a great fit to help me expand my social circle.  I don't think I would like living with kids, but older adults with a quiet home would suit me well. If you want to sit back and watch TV, I'm right there sitting next to you. I like treats. Do you know what a Busy Bone is? I get half of one every night and other treats during the day usually after we eat. Bo's adoption fee is $250 and includes his neuter, microchip, current vaccinations and preventatives.  If you would like to meet Bo, please submit an adoption application through our website Adopthope.org.  Last Hope requires that adopters have a history of having kept animals as indoor pets only, altered and kept current on vaccinations and preventatives. Our adoption process includes a vet history check and a home visit.  

Adoption Process
Prior to adoption, all of our dogs have been tested for heartworm, current on vaccinations, micro-chipped, and spayed or neutered, if age appropriate. Our adoption process includes reference and background checks, a vet check and home visit. The adoption fee for dogs and puppies varies. Prior to adoption, our cats have been tested for feline leukemia, current on vaccinations, micro-chipped, and spayed or neutered, if age appropriate. If at the time of adoption, the kitten is too young to be spayed or neutered, an agreed upon time frame will be set for when this procedure is to be done. Spaying or neutering is not an optional procedure, it is required of all animals we rescue. The adoption fee for cats and kittens varies.
