Meet Clover

Clover is as lucky as a four leaf clover. Clover is a 10 month old female pug who was found hit by a car and turned into the cold shelter.  Clover has and injury to her front leg our vets feel will not cause her any issues in the near future.  She likely has some nerve damage from the accident. Believe us when we say this does not SLOW Clover down one bit.  She runs and plays with her foster brothers.  Her foster mom has noticed she will at times scrape and drag her front leg and then in turn stand on it. She will need a foster to adopt home where we can continue to monitor her injury and determine the best course of action for her, which could possibly include amputation.  While under the care of KPR her vetting for her leg injury will be covered.   If you are interested in a little lucky Clover, let your adoption coordinator know.  If your not approved, what are you waiting for?  Our application in located on our website at www.kentuckianapugs.com. Adoption Process
1.Adoption Application 2.Review of personal and vet references 3.Home Visit 4.Match with adoptable dog if approved 5. binding adoption contact signed 6. 2 week trial period to make sure it is a match before the adoption is finalized. All dogs are spayed and neutered as well as up to date on shots before adoption. We resolve all medical issues (outside of chronic e.g diabetes, seizures...) before adoption 11 months and under - $325 Under 6 years old - $275 6 years and older - $225
