Meet Anderson

Mr Handsome!Introducing Anderson Got Toys!!!!!!   This super fun guy LOVES toys!  He enjoys a game of fetch with his human or tug with another dog.  Anderson is a very active dog and is always ready for an adventure with his human.  He rides well in the car and is confident in new environments.     Anderson is great with other dogs and people.  He's crate trained and house trained.  Easy peasy for baths and nail trims.  His coat is smooth and doesn't require a great deal of grooming and at 42 pounds he's the perfect size.  He also sleeps right through storms!   Anderson is currently taking an obedience class and is the best in his class!  He's food motivated and fun to work/play with.  He does pull when being walked on leash but this is something we are working on.  This handsome young man likes to play in the a water.  I'm hoping to take him swimming in an indoor doggie pool very soon.     A four foot fence is perfect to jump over, according to Anderson! :)  A fence 5 feet or higher would be best for this athlete.   No invisible fence for Anderson at this time.  He's just a little too interested in chasing squirrels.  He has a great recall except for when squirrels are around.  We are using a long line to work on his recall with distractions.     When Anderson is not playing he enjoys to cuddle on the couch with his human!     Please check out Anderson's photos and videos and stay tuned for more as his foster family gets to know this fabulous boy!Anderson was found as a stray in Southern Indiana.Anderson is being fostered in Westville, IN   Please contact [email protected] if you have any questions about Anderson.  You can complete an application to adopt Anderson or any of the dogs on our website at  www.comebyebcrescue.org  .    ***  The potential adoptor will get a refund on the Application Fee if it’s determined by the Foster Parent that it’s not a good match for the dog and the dog for them, if we do not process their application.

Adoption Process
Adoption process includes completing an application, having personal references checked, vet checks and home visit by one of our volunteers. Your application and backup information is then presented to the Board/Committee for review. Once your application has been approved, you may then schedule a meeting with the dog(s) in which you are interested. The foster home has the final approval on the adoption of his or her dog.

Look for other dogs for adoption!
