Meet Violet

Hi there, I'm Violet! I'm sweet, friendly, and a little bit goofy.  I'm a champion cuddler when it's time to relax. I'm always ready for a snuggle on the couch.  I am 45 lbs.. and I will not get any bigger. I was adopted last year at 12 weeks of age; however, my family could no longer keep me. No fault of mine. I am a mutt. My mom and dad were rescued from a shelter together, and my mom was pregnant with me. My mom is a lab/beagle mix, my Dad is a cattle dog/ lab mixI am the kind of dog you can take places. I love to go for walks and car rides. I love to be with my people, and I am a very loyal dog. I can be a very chilled dog. Yet if another dog wants to play, I am ready for a game. I am housebroken, and everyone says that I am a good girl. My previous owner worked out of her home, so I was not alone much, and I am looking for a similar home where someone is home more. When you are gone, I can free roam without getting into things, and I don't like crates. A baby gate would be better for me. I need a home with older children, as I can play rough and sometimes like to jump. A fenced-in back yard is required with a minimum fence height of 4'. I am up to date on all my vaccines, spayed and microchipped. My adoption fee is $150. I am located in Crown Point, Indiana
