Meet MADONNA

Hello there! My name is Madonna, and I’m a 15-pound, 2-year-old terrier mix waiting for my furever family, Like a Prayer! I had a rough start as a stray with a terrible skin issue who found myself at a high-kill shelter, but I was rescued and, thanks to some TLC in the form of medicated baths and good food, my skin has healed up nicely. I’m feeling like a real Material Girl now. Currently, I’m being fostered in Homer, Michigan.I’m a sweetheart who absolutely adores playing – whether it’s running around with toys or romping with other dogs, big or small. While I haven’t met any cats yet, I think we could Get Into the Groove just fine. And I really Cherish kids - as long as they’re respectful, I’m sure we’ll be fast friends! (Especially if they like to Vogue.)At first, I might seem a little shy, but give me some time, and I’ll warm right up to you like a Ray of Light. I do have a preference for a FENCED IN YARD because I’m not a big fan of leashed walks, but I’m working on it! Oh, and watch out for my zoomies – I love tearing around the house when I’m feeling playful. But don’t worry, I also enjoy snuggling up on the couch for some kisses and a nap once I’m Crazy for You.I’m already housebroken, crate-trained, fully-vetted, microchipped and my adoption fee is $300.
