Introducing Cairo, the most majestic land manatee this side of the Mississippi! This senior pit bull mix is part explorer, part couch potato, and 100% certified house hippo. With a body built like a baked potato and a heart made of marshmallows, Cairo is on a quest for a forever home where he can roam the yard, sniff every bush like it holds ancient secrets, and then plop down like a sack of cuddles. Found wandering the streets with his walrus waddle and soulful eyes, his original humans never came, but he hasn’t let that dim his tail-wagging optimism. He’s sweet, playful, and goofy in all the best ways—think: zoomies followed by snoring. If your castle is in need of a roly-poly royal, Cairo is ready to claim the throne (and your couch).

Adoption Process
Come in to visit the animals, fill out an adoption application. Once it is cleared, the animals are ready to go home!
