Meet Tequila Sunrise

Tequila Sunrise is a 2.5 month old female Brussels Griffon who weighs in at 2.5 pounds.  This pup's adoption fee is $900.  If you are still interested, please read more below. Tequila Sunrise, Tiqi for short, is nothing short of adorable! Weighing under 3 pounds, this grumpy looking puppy is a sweetheart that loves meeting people. She can be a little shy at first but opens up quickly with her vibrant and curious personality. She loves to eat, play, and cuddle on the couch to watch your favorite shows with you. She’s independent, quiet, gentle, and lovable. She’s done extremely well with other dogs and children. She’s working on her potty training and has been perfect in her crate. She would do best with a family that can provide her companionship and fun! This pup is micro-chipped, up to date on all vaccinations, and spayed. The new family will be required to complete a basic obedience course of their choosing.  Please note ARF does not approve applications for any puppy under 6 months of age to families that live outside of Illinois and/or beyond 100 miles of Wheaton or Glen Ellyn, IL.  A meeting will not be scheduled until you have an approved application, so if you're interested in adopting this pup fill out an online application today!  https://www.arf-il.org/adopt/application/  Once your application has been approved, an ARF volunteer will contact you to arrange a meeting.  ARF is an all volunteer organization.  Due to a high volume of applications, we are often unable to respond to questions until your application has been approved.  Thank you for your patience!

Below is an overview of what you can expect during the pet adoption process: Step 1: Submit an online adoption application at https://www.arf-il.org/adopt/application/ Step 2: Our volunteers will review your application and reach out with a status. This step can take up to five business days. Step 3: If your application is approved you will be invited to meet with the cat or dog you are interested in at a mutually agreed upon time and location. Step 4: We’ll walk you through the benefits of adopting through A.R.F., then complete the adoption paperwork and collect the adoption fee. Then your new best friend is yours! Step 5: Complete required follow-ups such as obedience training or spay/neuter (if delayed due to medical reasons).
