Meet Bellona

Bellona, a courageous black Neapolitan Mastiff girl, was rescued from a California shelter, where she was brought in as a stray after clearly experiencing neglect and severe medical issues. She has a laundry list of health problems to tackle, and is currently undergoing heartworm treatment, so she will not be ready to go to an adoptive home until all her medical issues are resolved and/or managed. She has displayed a bright and tenacious personality, and we expect her to be even more lively once she is healthy.

Adoption Process
Adoption application, vet reference check, home visit, introduction with current pets, variable adoption fees (depending on age of the dog), signed adoption contract.
