With my unique blend of Terrier and Chihuahua genes, I'm a little dog with a big attitude. I absolutely love being in my foster home! Now, about those strangers. Let's just say I've got a bark that can rival a Great Dane's! Men, women, children, other dogs—you name it, I'll bark at it. But hey, it's not because I'm scared or anything. It's just my way of saying, "Hey, I'm Arty, and I'm here!" Now, let's talk playtime. I'm all about a good game of catch with my favorite toys. I'll zoom around the yard, chasing after that ball like there's no tomorrow. But don't be fooled—I'm not all action and no chill. I'm just as content snuggled up on my fosters lap, enjoying a leisurely nap in the sunshine.  Speaking of sunshine, I've got a thing for grass. There's nothing I love more than rolling around in the green stuff, letting loose and being my silly self. Just check out the video on here—I guarantee it'll put a smile on your face! In terms of my ideal home, I've got a few requests. I would like access to  a yard.  An area that I can run in would be paw-some, giving me plenty of space to roam and explore. And while I'm not opposed to little humans, I think I'd thrive best with older kids—maybe some young teenagers who can match my energy and zest for life.  So, if you're looking for a pint-sized pup with heaps of attitude and a heart of gold, look no further than Arty. With my playful spirit and unwavering loyalty, I'm ready to charm my way into your heart and make memories that'll last a lifetime. Let's make it official, shall we?  I have been microchipped and will be neutered and have had a full veterinary checkup and vaccines. My adoption fee is $325. Adoption Process
Our adoption process has evolved from many years of experience. The goal of our adoption counselors is to make a good match between animal and family. We get to know each cat or dog's unique personality and different needs. If a specific dog, for example, has large amounts of energy and needs lots of space to run, it is unlikely that he would meet the needs of a person who works long hours and would be unable to exercise the dog. It would be a mismatch that would be bad for dog and human alike. Our adoption counselors look forward to working with you to help you find the right pet for your home.
