several people broke off from a local rescue that had become, in our opinion, too much about prestige and money. They also weren't doing a good job in caring for the pets physically and mentally. We want to focus on the quality of our work, not quantity. We do rescue simply because it's the right thing to do! I am a certified vet tech so i've always thought that it's kind of my duty to share my talents.

Hello, Friends! My name is Bentley, and I'm a one-year-old Husky/Shepherd Mix who weighs 46.5 pounds. I'm proud to mention that I keep my dog run at Wish Bone clean...and I'm quiet in it! I'm such a good boy. I'm a social guy who loves attention from anyone willing to give it! Running and playing in the yard are my favorite activities! I'm also reportedly good with other dogs. My friends at Wish Bone describe me as polite and friendly. I'm not just handsome; I'm also smart. I know "sit" and "speak"!  Are you looking for a loving, fun-loving companion? If so, I'd love to meet you! My adoption fee is $300 plus a $15 fee, if 4 months or older, for rabies registration for McLean County residents.  I've been neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm checked, dewormed, and am on flea and heartworm preventatives.
