Meet Elvis

Elvis is in the building! This hunk of love is your classic Pit Bull Mix who is 1.5 years old and weighs 33.5 lbs. Elvis learned how to shake those hips from the best because he is described as the the wiggliest, happiest guy!  This energetic pup is ready to serenade his way into his new family's heart and home. Elvis loves to play, be near his people, and receive endless belly rubs. He's a social butterfly who adores making new friends, both human and canine alike. He also is a big cuddler and would love to get all the attention he can.  If that's not all, he is housetrained! Doesn't love the crate, but has already made great progress with it in a short time. Elvis likes to be on the move! While he enjoys taking naps, he often likes to be playing. A little less conversation and all the action! Exercise needs are: playing in the house or yard with his canine pals, running, or other high energy exercise. He will benefit from a home that gives him plenty of mental and physical stimulation. Elvis loves toys to keep him occupied when he's worn out playing with his dog friends. While he loves playing with them, he'll need one to match his energy and play style - he doesn't quite understand correction from other dogs right now. He hasn't been exposed to kids in his foster home, but he's done well with every person he has met. He does sometimes jump when excited, so a family with small kids would have to continue to teach him manners around little ones. Elvis just wants to be your teddy bear! This rockstar pup is eager to please and looking for a family who will welcome him into his forever home. Thank you, thank you very much for considering adopting Elvis! His minimum adoption fee is $195 plus a $15 fee, if 4 months or older, for rabies registration for McLean County residents. He has been neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm checked, dewormed, and is on flea and heartworm preventatives.
