Meet Frank Sinatra, a one-year-old Pug mix who tips the scales at 28.3 pounds. He's house- and crate-trained, and sleeps wherever he wants at night. His idea of exercise includes hanging around the house, running in the house or yard, enjoying brief walks, playing with toys, and playing with other dogs. He enjoys car rides and walks nicely on a leash. Frank Sinatra's foster mom describes him as "an independent, quirky little guy." He explores the house and yard with joy and freedom. Although he prefers being near people, he likes his space. He'll flop down in the same room with you, but not near you. If he's napping on the bed or couch, and it's been a while, he'll check to see if you're still around.  Frank Sinatra's foster mom says: "He really enjoys being close to our big dog, and their camaraderie. He enjoys a good belly rub and scratches but isn't a big snuggler. He's super sweet, and our kids adore him. He'll do best with kids age five and up." Are you searching for a fun companion? His adoption fee is $300 plus a $15 fee, if 4 months or older, for rabies registration for McLean County residents.  He has been neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm checked, dewormed, and is on flea and heartworm preventatives.
