Meet Jack Sparrow, a 4-month-old Husky/Golden Retriever mix with a heart as vast as the seven seas. Weighing in at 31 pounds, this playful pup is a spirited adventurer, always ready for his next escapade. True to his namesake, Jack is a charismatic and endearing companion, with a friendly and outgoing personality that wins over everyone he meets. Jack is currently working on his house training and, while he hasn't quite mastered the art of the crate, he much prefers to sleep with his foster parents, where he feels safe and loved. His loyal and adaptable nature shines through as he snuggles close at night, ensuring sweet dreams for all. This young swashbuckler thrives on activity and enjoys a variety of exercises, from running around the house and playing with toys to chewing on bones and high-energy romps in the yard. Jack's playful demeanor makes him an excellent playmate for other dogs, and he absolutely adores children. He's known to get excited and tumble into their laps, basking in the attention and affection they give. Jack is also great with cats, paying them no mind as he navigates his adventures. Described by his foster mom as sweet and mild-mannered, Jack has a calm side that balances his playful spirit. He's not overly clingy but shows his love and loyalty through his actions. Always eager to please, he's making great progress with commands like sit and stay, and his potty training is coming along with minimal accidents. Jack Sparrow is the perfect blend of chill and playful, ready to bring joy and adventure to a loving home. If you're looking for a devoted and charming first mate to join your crew, Jack Sparrow is the pup for you. His minimum adoption fee is $350 plus a $15 fee, if 4 months or older, for rabies registration for McLean County residents. He has been neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm checked, dewormed, and is on flea and heartworm preventatives.
