Pet Adoption League of Gem County

We are a non-profit animal shelter ran by animal loving volunteers. We are a no kill shelter. We spay and neuter all our pets before adopting out. Our goal here is to return lost pets to their owners, find homes for those who have none, and promote compassionate treatment of animals everywhere.

Meet Izzy - (Adoption Sponsored)

Meet Izzy Description: Meet Izzy, a charming female with a heart full of love and a zest for life. This sweet girl is on the lookout for her foster home or forever family where she can receive the care, attention, and affection she needs to thrive. Izzy has a striking appearance with her muscular build, expressive eyes, and signature Staffordshire Terrier smile. Despite her past experiences, Izzy remains resilient and hopeful, ready to embark on a new chapter filled with love and companionship. Personality: Izzy is a true sweetheart with a gentle and affectionate nature. She craves human companionship and loves nothing more than spending time with her favorite people. Izzy has a playful side too, and she enjoys romping around in the yard or going for leisurely walks with her human friends. She's incredibly loyal and devoted, forming strong bonds with those who show her kindness and patience. Izzy's loving disposition makes her an excellent candidate for a foster home or forever family who can provide her with the love and time she needs to thrive. Ideal Home: Izzy is searching for a foster home or forever family who can offer her the love, attention, and stability she deserves. She would do best in a home where she is the only pet, as she prefers to soak up all the attention for herself. Izzy would thrive in an environment with a consistent routine, plenty of exercise, and mental stimulation to keep her happy and engaged. Whether you're an experienced dog owner or someone looking to open their heart to a loyal companion, Izzy is ready to become the perfect addition to your home. Adoption/Foster: If you're interested in welcoming this pup into your home, please contact PAL to arrange a meet-and-greet for adoption or discuss fostering options. If you would like to fill out the form for adopting or fostering, please complete the adoption form here (for adoption) or the foster application here (for fostering). Volunteer Opportunities: PAL is always looking for individuals eager to lend a helping hand as a volunteer. Whether you can spare a couple of hours a week or more, there are many opportunities available to suit your schedule. If you're interested in becoming a volunteer, please submit an application here.  Your support can make a significant difference in the lives of animals in need.
