Meet Little Dude

UPDATE: He has now bee checked out by the Vet and is in good health and negative for heart worms. He is a Border Collie mix, per the Vet. He has also received vaccinations including rabies. Small, 25 pound friendly dog that was found at the front door of the school at Ira, TX. I was sure he belonged to someone as he appeared healthy and was obviously used to being around people. He followed me to my car after checking out one of the school buses that the door was left open on. I think he was looking for his people. I thought it would be a matter of his owner finding him in the local online postings for lost and found pets, but I have had him for 2 weeks without finding his owner. He did not have a collar and is not chipped. He plays well with our two dogs (both females). He doesn’t bark and obeys some commands, sit and stay. He is housebroken.
