Meet Carrot

Carrot is a spayed 4 year old amstaff who is sweet, goofy, affectionate, and incredibly smart, but she needs a calmer, structured home that better fits her personality and needs. She’s completed obedience training and a 1 month board and train. While she gets along with people and other dogs, she doesn’t get along with our senior dog. Overall, she tends to prefer people over dogs. She has a history of resource guarding, especially around food or high-value items. She’s made huge progress with us, but will need continued structure and awareness around this.
