Meet Mo
**Meet Mo – A Sweet, Loyal Pup Looking for a Calmer Home** Mo is a loving 5-year-old mixed breed who’s been part of our family since he was a puppy in 2020. He’s potty trained, knows basic commands, and has a very sweet and affectionate nature once he feels comfortable. Mo loves being around his people and has so much love to give. Over the past year, we moved into a busy apartment setting in Atlanta, and unfortunately, it’s been a tough adjustment for Mo. The constant noise and commotion have increased his anxiety, and it’s clear he’s not thriving in this kind of environment. He gets nervous on walks and is often startled by everyday city sounds, which can make outings unpredictable. Mo does best in quieter, more structured environments where he can feel safe and secure. He would thrive with someone who has the time, patience, and experience to help him build confidence and feel calm again. Ideally, he’d do great in a home with a yard, away from too much hustle and bustle, where he can enjoy his walks and playtime without feeling overwhelmed. He has shown some reactive behavior, especially around other dogs, and would need a home where he’s the only pet — at least while he works on his confidence and trust. We’ve tried tools like a prong-style leash to manage his strong prey drive, but he needs someone more experienced to help guide him through continued training. We love Mo dearly, but with our busy travel schedules and lifestyle, we’re not able to give him the consistent attention and calm environment he really deserves. If you have a quiet home, a big heart, and the patience to help a sweet dog rediscover his confidence, Mo could be the perfect companion for you. We’re committed to finding him the loving, understanding home he needs — and we’re happy to discuss any questions or help during the transition. **** Breed: Mixed **** Pet Link: https://www.nokillnetwork.org/adoption/pet_detail.php?petid=2188369&flag=1
