Meet Haley

I’m a good, sweet girl who wants to love and be loved. I enjoy playing with toys and taking lots of naps. I wish to be by my person and love on them. I adore older kids and would like to have some of my own - human that is, LOL.  I do well with some dogs but not others and I haven’t told the humans which are which. When first going into rescue I was learning how to play with them instead of sitting in a corner but then some conflicts arose. I think I might prefer no other canines living in my home.  I ride well in the car, am doing well with leash training, and love my walks. I have learned  about the crate and realize its not a bad place and I'm not forced to stay in there.  I haven't been tested yet for cats but that is happening soon.  I have done great at learning how to go potty outside.  If you're interested in Haley please fill out the pre adoption application via Linktr.ee/northernstardogrescue

Adoption Process
Our adoption process is first filling out a pre-adoption application. once we receive a background check, home check, and fence line check are done. Once that has been done then we contact you and talk about who your interested in and set up a meet and greet. All humans and other canines must meet. If the meet and greet go well and the potential adopters want to move forward to adoption trial they can. We do a mandatory two week trial. At the end of the trial should the potential adopters want to finalize then we proceed by the adoption agreement filled out, adoption fee paid, all medical records given and transfer the chip. We also have an adopters group that we love people to join so we can stay in touch with our furry friends and see their adventures.
