nOkill Network

The nOkill Network is dedicated to promoting no-kill animal shelters, organizations, and rescue groups by helping people learn about and locate these organizations. The nOkill Network also strives to promote the no-kill model so that shelters that do not currently have a no-kill policy might take the initiative needed to gain the public, governmental, and financial support necessary to become a no-kill organization. Our website visitors are pet lovers that would be helpful in adopting and caring for pets in need, so we'd like to provide the adoptable pet listing on our site in order to match animals in need with families.

Honey is a pit bull mix who is 2 years old. She is very sweet, loves cuddles and playing with adults. She does have hip dysplasia but this does not impact walking or running at this time. She needs to maintain exercise and a healthy diet for her weight to not become a barrier for the dysplasia & we give her a joint supplement. She is marked as special needs as this may become an issue when she is older but will need to maintain taking a joint supplement per vet instructions. She has shown a fear response of barking towards other dogs and children. Through training, this has improved but due to other curcumstances we are unable to continue slowly introducing situations to train her in. We are expecting a baby within the next month and are looking to rehome her a soon as possible. We will provide toys, bed, flea & tick, heart worm, food, etc. She knows multiple commands as she has been attending dog training classes. **** Breed: Pit bull **** Pet Link: https://www.nokillnetwork.org/adoption/pet_detail.php?petid=2156801&flag=1
