Penelope is a pretty lady with lots of love to share! This 2-year-old terrier mix weighs 36 pounds and has beautiful soulful eyes. Penelope may take a second or two to warm up, but once she does, her sweet and affectionate personality really shines! She would be happy to join a family of her own soon.
Adoption Process
We have a 4-page adoption application and agreement. The fee is $90 for cats, and $100 for dogs.
