Releashed Rescue is a non-profit organization dedicated to rescuing working dogs from high-kill shelters, rehabilitating those that need training and rehoming them into permanent loving homes. Releashed Rescue will provide food, shelter, basic necessities, medical treatment including shots and spay or neuter, and work to train any animal going through our program. Our goal is to find the right family to love and care for the animals for their lifetime. Releashed Rescue has a vision of a world where animals are not killed because they are inconvenient. Instead, we hope to educate the public about pet over-population, spay , neuter, humane treatment of animals and how animals can enrich the lives of people including the elderly, children and those with disabilities

Meet Lola

Please welcome  Lola to the Releashed rescue pack. Lola, a six-month-old Siberian Husky who’s got energy levels rivaling a double espresso and sweetness that could outdo a candy store. At 35 pounds, she’s perfectly sized for mischief—big enough to reach your sandwich on the coffee table, but small enough to squeeze into your laundry basket (her secret nap spot). Lola believes every squeaky toy is a fierce opponent, every squirrel is a new best friend, and every stranger is a future cuddle partner. She hasn’t quite mastered the art of dignified dog life—her daily goals include zoomies, launching herself onto the couch, and practicing her famous “husky talking” when she’s feeling dramatic. Whether she’s leaving a trail of fluff or melting hearts with her puppy-dog eyes, Lola is living proof that the best companions come with four paws, boundless love, and just a hint of chaos.
