Meet London

‘CAPITAL CITY’ THEMED PUPPY:  Approx. 7 months old / Approx. 11 lbs. and growing Hi, my name is London!  I came to Mostly Mutts with my siblings, and I’m so glad to be part of the MM family! I was adopted for a month and loved so much, but an unavoidable situation came up that prevented my family from keeping me.  They are very sad about this but are thankful that Mostly Mutts can find an equally great new home for me!   • OTHER DOGS/CATS/KIDS:  I loved my sibling but am not quite sure of other dogs yet and sometimes I can be a bit reactive/barky towards them on walks. When I fixate too much, my trainers have found that snapping your fingers helps to break my focus or having some puppy kibble with you.  I’ll be formally dog tested soon.  I did meet a 4-year-old pit mix on a walk with my foster and was sweet with them.  If you have a friendly doggie at home, let’s meet. / Cats unknown. / I liked the kids (ages 2 and 5) that I met in my temp foster home, if you have kids, let’s meet and best no toddlers that may fall on me as I am little. • PERSONALITY/ENERGY LEVEL:  I am a typically active and lively puppy!  I’ve got skills, too – as I can jump high which is typical of my breed – lol.   I have a fun, feisty and cuddly nature – ready to make lots of wonderful memories with a lucky family!  My temp foster said I was ‘full of love’, which I hope I can give to you!  My former family reported that I would bark at people, but once I met them I did well. I don’t think an apartment or condo type home would be the best fit for me as I do use my voice to communicate. / My energy level is 6-8, so be ready to be active with me! • SKILLS/CRATE/POTTY:  I’m looking for a family that will teach me everything I need to know to grow up and become a wonderful adult dog!  I was working on ‘sit’ and ‘come’ with my former family, so please continue my training and I’m sure you can teach me lots more too! / I’ve been good in my little room at the shelter but was not crated in my former home, so you may need to teach me this. / I’ll need you to finish potty training me.  My former family took me out every couple of hours during the day and I was learning, so please finish teaching me this.  I did get distracted by all the goings on outside, so help me stay on task. At nighttime, I was holding it for about 7 hours. • LIKES/DISLIKES:  I love to play with toys - sometimes a bit too much as I may not want to share them,  and I love to play fetch!  I’m also a fan of cuddling, Pup-Peroni treats for my training time and putting things like mulch and sticks in my mouth, so please watch me with this as they are not good for me to eat.  I also really enjoy sniffing everything outside and laying out in the sun on the grass. / I’m fearful of the loud cars around the Mostly Mutts shelter and will bark at them!  So perhaps we can find a less traveled place to go for hikes.  I’m sure I wouldn’t like it if I didn’t get enough love, attention, exercise, and training. • MEDICAL:  I’m spayed, current on my immunizations and micro-chipped. If you’re ready for the fun and excitement of having a puppy as well as the training commitment, then let’s meet!  My adoption fee is $299.00, and I’m located in Kennesaw, Ga.

Adoption Process
