My name is Lois Vassilion and I moved to this impoverished area of SE Ga. 15 years ago. My main profession is a Critical Care Nurse. When my husband and I got here, we discovered there were no animal services in the county and abandoned pets everywhere. We started BARC at that time to provide health services to these pets and a home.

Meet NESTLE

BARC introduces NESTLE to rescue. This litters mom was injured and died when they were 3 weeks old. We did a DNA test and they are close to 50% Spaniel ( cocker and springer) and a quarter French Bulldog . They are absolutely beautiful and have cute playful personalities. They will be small to medium dogs and make excellent family pets. They are up to date on vaccines, microchipped and rescue pays for spays and neuters when old enough. Adoption Process
The person must fill out an online application and be approved. They sign a contract and are given a copy of the health record. Our adoption fees range from $100-$350 depending on the adoptability of the pet.
