My name is Lois Vassilion and I moved to this impoverished area of SE Ga. 15 years ago. My main profession is a Critical Care Nurse. When my husband and I got here, we discovered there were no animal services in the county and abandoned pets everywhere. We started BARC at that time to provide health services to these pets and a home.

Meet Lulu

Lu Lu was born the end of March. mom is a Plott Hound Dad is probably a lab. Lu Lu is loving and outgoing. She will come microchipped, up to date on vaccines, started on heartworm, flea, & tick prevention. She will need a secure yard for safe play. We always recommend obedience classes. Adoption Process
The person must fill out an online application and be approved. They sign a contract and are given a copy of the health record. Our adoption fees range from $100-$350 depending on the adoptability of the pet.
