My name is Lois Vassilion and I moved to this impoverished area of SE Ga. 15 years ago. My main profession is a Critical Care Nurse. When my husband and I got here, we discovered there were no animal services in the county and abandoned pets everywhere. We started BARC at that time to provide health services to these pets and a home.

Meet DAISY

Welcome to rescue DAISY! This baby still has some road rash where she was tossed from a vehicle. Thankfully this little lab puppy suffered no significant injury. She was taken in by a good Sam who already has 5 dogs but was willing to foster for BARC. She is vaccinated, will be microchipped and spayed when old enough by rescue. She is a little timid but learns quick who to trust and loves treats. She would be the perfect friend. If you are interested, apply online at brantleyanimalrescuecoalition.com.

Adoption Process
The person must fill out an online application and be approved. They sign a contract and are given a copy of the health record. Our adoption fees range from $100-$350 depending on the adoptability of the pet.
