My name is Lois Vassilion and I moved to this impoverished area of SE Ga. 15 years ago. My main profession is a Critical Care Nurse. When my husband and I got here, we discovered there were no animal services in the county and abandoned pets everywhere. We started BARC at that time to provide health services to these pets and a home.

Meet LACY

BARC introduces LACY! Lacy is a 22 pound beagle who was found abandoned. Lacy is the cutest beagle ever and just loves to play and run. She is besties with the shepherd who lives in her foster home. This angel is very smart and is house and leash trained. She is also great with other dogs and about the size of a large cat. She enjoys playing and chilling in the afternoon. She would be the ideal family pet and best friend. She is spayed, up to date on vaccines , heartworm free and microchipped. You can apply for Lacy at brantleyanimalrescuecoalition.com .

Adoption Process
The person must fill out an online application and be approved. They sign a contract and are given a copy of the health record. Our adoption fees range from $100-$350 depending on the adoptability of the pet.
